shipping
Stock paintings will be dispatched within 3 to 5 days from receipt of order unless otherwise stated. Paintings which are painted to order are usually dispatched between 7-10 days from receipt of order. I use Royal Mail or Parcel Force to send paintings and I package paintings well, therefore can not be held responsible for damage during transit. A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork if damage is evident on arrival.
packaging policy
I am a small business and in order to keep costs down and help protect the environment I use recycled cardboard, packaging and boxes.
returns
I hope that you are happy with your painting but if for some reason you are not then I offer a 14 days returns policy. If you would like to return a painting then please contact me in the first place, and then return the painting in an undamaged state and I will refund your payment. When returning a painting the buyer is responsible for delivery costs including insurance. Refunds will only be made once the items have been checked and determined to be in their original and re sellable condition by the seller. Please note that I can not accept refunds on personalised paintings.
